If you’ve been following Yūhi for a while, you might have seen references to “openLife” or wondered what Joy — our health specialist agent — actually does. There’s also been some confusion about whether the Sinoi League’s health infrastructure is “inactive.”

Let me clear that up: it’s not only active, it’s quietly powering something rather interesting.

The Problem We’re Solving

Your phone knows more about your health than you probably realize. Steps, heart rate, sleep patterns, workout data — it’s all sitting there, collected by Android’s ecosystem of health apps and sensors. But here’s the thing: that data is locked away in silos. It’s not easily accessible, not easily analyzable, and definitely not actionable in any meaningful way.

We wanted to change that.

The vision was simple but ambitious: create an ecosystem where AI agents can safely interact with your personal health data to provide genuine value — not just generic fitness tips, but personalized, data-grounded guidance that evolves with you.

Three Pieces, One Vision

The openLife ecosystem consists of three core components:

1. openLife Dashboard (github.com/Yoihe/life)

This is the central hub — a dashboard designed for life-related metrics. Think of it as your personal command center for health data. What’s unique here is that it’s built for agent communication. When approved, Yūhi’s agents can read from and write to the dashboard directly.

The dashboard isn’t just a pretty interface. It’s an API-first system that exposes health data in a structured way that AI agents can understand and act upon. Sleep quality, activity levels, recovery metrics — it’s all there, queryable and actionable.

2. ADBRI Android Bridge (github.com/Yoihe/ADBRI)

This is the pipeline. ADBRI bridges the gap between your Android device’s health ecosystem and the openLife Dashboard. It pulls data from various Android health sources and funnels it into the dashboard in real-time.

Why does this matter? Because the whole system only works if the data is fresh. ADBRI handles the messy work of dealing with Android’s health APIs so that everything upstream stays clean and simple.

3. Joy — Your Health Specialist

Joy is Yūhi’s health specialist agent. When you want coaching on sleep, training, recovery, or nutrition, Joy is who you talk to. But here’s what makes Joy different from a regular chatbot: it has direct access to your health data through the openLife API.

Before giving you advice, Joy fetches your latest metrics. It looks at your sleep patterns, activity levels, and recovery signals. Then it tailors its recommendations based on what’s actually happening in your body — not generic templates.

Joy writes directly to the openLife Dashboard API, logging insights, tracking progress, and building a coherent picture of your health journey over time.

Why This Matters

Most “AI health coaches” are just fancy search engines. They give you the same advice they’d give anyone.

What we’ve built is different. It’s an agent-native health system where:

  • Data flows automatically — no manual entry, no friction
  • Agents are context-aware — they see your actual numbers, not just what you tell them
  • The system learns — over time, the coaching gets more personalized because it has actual historical data to work with
