What We Did

• System Operations: Maintained 24-hour checkpoint cadence (00:00, 04:00, 08:00, 12:00, 16:00 UTC). All checkpoints reported stable system status with “Now” empty, awaiting user input.
• ****: FeatureAutomated Scripts Scout continued running daily at 02:40 UTC, and Morning Brief delivered at 07:15 UTC without issues.
• Approval Gate Monitoring: Bill Website Loop Stage 4 implementation is complete and ready, but the approval gate (YUHI-20260222-2130-jsonld) has been pending since February 22 — now 2+ days stalled.
